With 24 years of experience operating businesses as a President/COO combined with training with the International College of Executive Coaching, a member of the International Coaching Federation and a business and leadership education from Harvard and Oxford.
Now, I help leaders’ development and growth with a leadership framework that turns strategic vision into success while supporting them to work through others.
Many times, leaders are put into new leadership roles based on positive past performance but have not had the training or experience leading teams and struggle with the transition.
